Very clear point or Testimony The destruction of the criminal enterprise is exactly what readers wish to see happen. The stocks that were crap were crap and deserved to die. Tony had good information, the information was used but how was it used ? The indictment is pretty clear in alleging that Tony got into bed with NSOL at the expense of his subscribers and this is very damning, you don't court death. People on SI want to hear Tony testify, the things he has already said are not enough to exculpate Anthony@Pacific. That Tony accomplished some good here is also indisputable, his good information saved investors a lot of money. Royer and Cleveland are not very impressive. It is also clear that there are dealings on several levels. The government involvement only serves to cloud the real issue, was Tony using his good information against his supporters and ultimately himself.
