brooks appears to me as a strange guy . he certainly is not very conservative in his ideas. Watching him on pbs with mark shields sometimes i thing he kisses up to Mark. if he calls the Specter thing an argument over his chairmanship.. I believe it was all one sided argument. republicans must have been talking to themselves. I didn't see any real support for Specter until he conceded and they literally broke the guy for his ego trip two days after the election. I was surprised how far they went to have him put his words in writing, however they have experience working with specter and he is a lose cannon. Not very sure house of republicans was again in an argument over delay from what i read it went flying through. last item intelligence. thank God we got some representatives who fight for what they believe and are presenting their case vs. rubber stamp a bill to say we passed it. Hopefully, we get a great bill when they come together. Brooks? We could use a stronger conservative on nytimes.
