Oh...LOL It sounds as if STL is almost as corrupt as ATL...You'd have to go some to beat out Mayor Franklin and her cronies..(she's a part of the Clinton gang)..They all came down to support her when she was running.. The election was tied, but surprise, surprise, she "found" 500 votes to win.
