I do not claim moral superiority over hunters. On the contrary, I admit to being a hypocrite because I sometimes eat a Big Mac, while at the same time saying that we should not kill animals for our pleasure. I would like to see factory farms done away with (and I could adjust to a non-meat diet fairly easily), but I am not doing anything to make it happen. So I am not in a position to moralize. What I am saying is that there is something wrong with a person who can't wait to put on an orange jacket and go into the woods to blow a deer's brains out just for the "sport" of it. If you saw a kid pour lighter fluid on an ant hill and set it on fire just for the fun of it, it wouldn't be a moral issue. But you would sure know that there is something wrong with that kid.
