Oral, I hope they did a blood alcohol test on this guy. Its been my experience that most hunting related accidents involve a little too much hunting under the influence. I gave up hunting a few years back after getting shot at by a party of drunk hunters. They didn't stop shooting until I fired back in their direction (but elevated above them). Yes I was wearing my orange vest and hat. Alcohol & rage probably explains this one better than racial issues (given the perps record of domestic violence). John
