They do have diplomatic immunity from ordinary US laws, but the UN Security Council has the final say. The problem with that side of it is that each of the permanent members of the Security Council can veto any resolution or action. Let's see if our good friends the French and Russians (up to their necks in the corruption) will go along with a trial and/or punishment of the perps (themselves). HAH! Fuggin A-holes, especially the French. They still think Napoleon didn't meet his Waterloo and Jacque Chirac is Emperor of the World.
