Housing slump has been predicted so many times that no one believes it now.

Downturn will just be a soft patch if it comes at all say most.
Saw an article yesterday that said the flattening of the yield curve was a "bullish flattening" not a bearish flattening as if he could tell.

I thought it was too stupid to post.
