Coz it is paper? Only segregated gold account matters, for as long as you trust the certifalsecate you receive from the custodian which usually is a Netherlands Foundation with accounts in the British Isles of Jersey/Gernesey reporting under Bahamas laws in Dutch Antilles. Havent't found anyting better than pure bullion, or the Perth Mint segregated deposits yet.
