I think the volume is becoming noticeable, and as you said, the price is starting up. Checking the charts, there has been a steady rise over the past month or so, breaking a 6-month downtrend. Also, remember that CCEE has lots of outstanding shares. Market makers can get them, no problem. And with the stock having been below 5/8 or so for the past few months (for the most part), there are plenty of people willing to sell for a break-even or small profit. May I add (boldly) at this point, that it might be prudent to fasten your seatbelts1 $^) (Glad I bought a bunch more CCEE at 1/2 qand 9/16 recently, as my initial purchases were around 2. Good luck to all investors here!)
