Paul, may I shead a ray of light on your question of <why this movement is happening now>. I am new to your CNSI thread, I am most active on the Fonar thread. CNSI has been recomended in the Sept. issue of the Cheap Investor. The Cheap Investor is written by Bill Mathews, there may be those here who know of Mathews. I have been a subscriber of the Cheap Investor sence 1994 and the man is simply fantastic at recomending stocks. He has had some disappiontments but not many in 16 stright years of Fundamental Analysis. He recomends stocks usually priced under $5, selling at or near their 52 week low. The Cheap Investor is mailed monthly on the last Friday before the first of each month. He has a recorded message Hot-Line also which is accessed by special # after 5pm each weekend and is accessable anytime untill 8am Mondays. He wrote a VERY fine book on investing in CHEAP stocks, "WINNING BIG WITH BARGAIN STOCKS".
The Cheap Investor had this to say about CNSI, and I'm summerizing.

I have traded FONR for all the 4 years that The Cheap Investor has been recomending FONR. I have profited greatly thus far and know believe the REAL PROFIT is on the HORIZON!!!
