Oh, great, now ARCI is being sued by the minority shareholder of its subsidiary, ARCA Cal, which runs the Edison program due for expiration in a few Q's. Although retail sales are continuing to grow nicely, ARCI needs cash. WHERE will they get it? I sure hope the minority shareholder didn't win that request for injunction barring ARCI from getting anymore Edison revenue this year. OUCH! Jim sez keep scoopin'! This is a LT hold.
