Jose this post from AOL I also agree with mostly. If the GIFTed of the world agree, it may be a little boring on this board. GIFT IS event driven. I think the decision of the Markman hearing will be very important. It will decide the scope of the claims of the patent as it relates to the alleged infringements and whether there is any prior art limiting its scope. I like the odds and I like the fact that Mr Freeny will be testifying o/b/o GIFT. The "event" of the hearing will cause much excitement and anticipation. Mel
