I think the NAACP represents adequate authority on whether or not calling Rice "Aunt Jemima" constituted racial/ethnic stereotyping.

I don't care for the NAACP, but I do agree that blacks are much more qualified than whites to evaluate caricatures, the press, behavior, etc., for racial bias and slurs.

Lily whites are not usually offended when called a nigger. Most whites just don't get it. It does not make their blood boil.
