Right now a strange little Bull market is occurring in mid-small caps. The kind of stock, I follow, is breaking out with some +20% 3day moves. So there is money to be made if you are in the right stocks. Cash would be a good place for the "investor". I think the market could go lower as measured by DOW. But this market is very hard to call. Best deal is watch the stocks you are in. Don't let profits disolve. Be quick on exit trigger at this time.

I don't believe that high RS stocks are hit the hardest during corrections. The strong get stronger, the weak get weaker; until change in basic trend which will be reflected by their RS measure. Sectors rotate.
