Forget the perp, I'm not talking about him....I'm talking about what you represented as facts about the SKS. I'm no gun hugger and don't own one, but you misrepresented the facts. The SKS is easily convertible as shown on the web page I sent you and it has a 30 round magazine. Now you say that there is a time standard of 8 hours for converting a gun that determines whether it is illegal???? That's ludicrous...
