If I was standing out in the woods, unarmed, confronting a guy with an SKS Assault Rifle with a 20 round magazine, and he didn't want to leave, I'd be inclined to say yessir, whatever you want sir, I'm outta here." And retreat and call the police.

I wasn't there, don't know what happened, but it sounds like whateve took place before, this guy walked off 40 yards and then emptied a clip on these folks.
