The fact that they are dead does not necessarily mean they are victims

Because most involved are dead, we are never going to really know what went on. We will go by the "physical evidence." What we do know is that the killer was trespassing, and was armed. We know that only one of the six killed was armed.

We know that six were killed. This is an extremely high percentage of the casualties, to say the least.

No matter the provocation, the killing of more than the armed one is murder. We know that the others didn't just stand there and wait to be slaughtered, they ran. So the killer hunted down and killed the rest. This didn't take a couple of seconds, so "rage of the moment" won't work. This was a cold blooded "track and kill."
