That doesn't disagree with what I said earlier.

Rather, IMO, has been fading for several years now. The last year or so (when it looked like he couldn't see the teleprompter, and they kept changing his hair style, and trying out different tag lines at the close... and, I'm sure testing each change with focus groups) was just pitiful.
