Open Society " Mosenergo " carries out(spends) competitions of operation personnel of thermal stations 24.11.2004. Moscow On November, 22 on THERMAL POWER STATION - 22 of Open Society " Mosenergo " system competitions of complex brigades of operation personnel of block thermal power stations have begun. Regular carrying out of such actions is necessary for maintenance of a high level of professional skill of employees of the power company. Eight commands(teams) take part in competitions, Open Societies " Mosenergo " representing the largest power station. Each command(team) will consist of the most qualified representatives of power specialities. The basic purpose of carrying out of competitions - an estimation of a professional standard of operation personnel of power stations, and also an exchange of the best practices of use of modern computer technologies. The program of competitions will consist of four stages. At the first stage qualifying examination of supervising documents and the specifications and technical documentation is carried out(spent). The second stage - " Professional skill of the personnel " - is carried out(spent) for comparison purposes qualifications ???????????. Each of competing commands(teams) on computer simulators shows skills of management ???????????????, including in complex(difficult) and non-standard operating modes (start-up of the power unit from " a hot condition ", work under the dispatching schedule, ???????????????? training). At this stage also are checked knowledge of experts of electric and chemical shops. At the third stage it is necessary for participants of competitions to show skill correctly to render pre-medical medical aid. At last, last stage is carried out(spent) with the purpose of check ???????????????????? qualities of operation personnel. Results of competitions will be brought on November, 25.
