industrial operation Today in the settlement Of Talakan of Amur region is introduced into
the industrial operation the third hydroaggregate Of bureyskoy GES. In the solemn ceremony of launching participated the Deputy Chairman of government RF Aleksandr Zhukov and the chairman of administration RAO THE "EES OF RUSSIA" Anatoly Chubais, the plenipotentiary representative of the President RF in the Far-Eastern federal region Constantine Pulikovskiy.
The building Of Bureya hydroelectric power station is provided by federal special-purpose
program the "economic development of the Far East and Transbaykal for
1996-2005 and up to 2010" (of 19 March, 2002.) and by federal special-purpose program "energy-effective economy".
Bureya hydroelectric power station - priority building OF RAO THE "EES OF RUSSIA". In the period from 2000 through 2003. Holding isolated 14,6 billions. rubles from its own means for financing of the building of station. In 2004. RAO THE "EES OF RUSSIA" invests into the building Of Bureya hydroelectric power station of 8,9 billions. rubles. Assumed volume of investments in the building in 2005. it composes 8,5 billions. rubles.
The first two units Of Bureya hydroelectric power station were put into use in
2003. - during June and November respectively. Their total power is 370 MW. Introduction into the industrial operation of the third unit Of Bureya hydroelectric power station with a power of 300 MW will make it possible to increase the power of station practically doubly - to 670 MW. This positively will affect the reliability of the power supply of the Far East, it will increase the portion of the cheap electric power of hydroelectric power plant in the balance of the power system of region.
With the starting in the industrial operation by Bureya hydroelectric power station was
reduced the dependence of Far-Eastern region on the deliveries of coal. As reported in RAO THE "EES OF RUSSIA", as long ago as 2004. the production of electric power at the station will save more than 1,75 millions. the tons of coal. After reaching Of Bureya hydroelectric power station the design capacity the savings will reach 5,2 millions. the tons of coal yearly. Annual effect from reduction in the expenditures for the purchase of distant-import coals in 2004 will compose 1,3 billions. rubles, and since 2007 will exceed by 4,7 billion. rubles.
In RAO THE "EES OF RUSSIA" reported, that the introduction of the first two units Of Bureya hydroelectric power station made it possible to reduce tariffs in the energy-zone of the Far
East in 2003. to 5-9%, in 2004 g - to 2,09%. In the Khabarovsk Region and the Jewish autonomous region c, 1 July 2003. in connection with the putting into commission of the first block Of
bureyskoy GES the tariffs for the population were lowered by 9% (from 1 rub. 15 kopecks. to 1 rub. 05 kopecks.) they did not rise prior to the end of 2003. With the level of inflation in 2003 in 14% medium height in the energy-tariffs from 1 January 2004 it composed 9%. In this case federal energetic commission established the maximum permissible increase in the tariffs on 16%.
In 10 months of 2004. Bureya hydroelectric power station manufactured 1,6 billions. kW h of electric power. Thus, it was possible to completely cover increase in the energy consumption in the region: in 10 months of 2004. this index grew by 857,8 millions. kW h in comparison with the analogous period of past year - to 30,7 billions.
The power Of Bureya hydroelectric power station after the completion of building and
introduction into the industrial operation of all six hydroaggregates
will be 2000 MW, and the average annual production of station will reach 7,1 billion. kW.h.
