Ken,

I am just lookong for opinions. If we have a large, prolonged correction in the DOW the Y2K sector may not be hurt at all because of the billions of lines of code that need to be corrected in the next two years. I personally like ZMAX because of it's market capitalization compared some other Y2K stocks (Fully diluted there are only 11.7 M shares out). They have also completed numerous pilots for companies with a zero error rate. Because of the quiet period ZMAX has not discussed what contracts they have recieved as a result of these pilots. I expect we will see a stream of announcements confirming contracts soon. Since ZMAX has not given me access to this inside information I am just looking for any informed opinions.

Regards,
Gary
