It seems to me that people who are genuinely more concerned with the plight of deer than with enjoying the pagan pleasure of hunting them down would be very much in support of the deer birth control method of controlling deer populations that have been discussed at Feelies in the last couple of days.

I also think that, logically speaking, deer birth control would appeal to those in the pro-life movement. If life is so important to you that you don't even support first trimester abortions, surely it would be worthwhile to support as well a movement that stops innocent life from being born only to be destroyed violently later.
