Russia definitely was an "evil empire" in 19XX, but to call it "evil empire" now is a big stretch (to say the least). IMO calling Russia "evil empire" nicely fits to current US way of identifying evils around the world: China, OPEC, Russia, France. Who else? idorfman.com idorfman.com
