Hi Mike: You're right---I spoke to Geoffrey at ERHC this morning and they will be drilling entirely off shore. Currently the concessions are being established. They have to also establish the territorial waters there as well. Once everything in place we should see some good movement in the share price. I like the fact that the director's shares to be issued are performance based. Anyhow good luck to all. I'm anxious to see this story unfold. Regards, Bonnie
