that's pretty much all that you post.......labels and other misrepresentations of the left. So why are you surprised when I post back in kind?

You perceive that because you either pretend to be ignorant of any facts that are not spinning wildly to the left, or you honestly cannot perceive the same.

Whatever.

some people are reacting to incidents such as the killing of the wounded and dying Iraqi much the same way that the Petersons reacted to the charge that their son killed his wife. They insisted and continue to insist that he could not be guilty in spite of evidence to the contrary.

But Ted, you voted for a candidate who admitted to doing the worst that is alleged of this your man. Perhaps the Marine should be the Democrat candidate for President, and then all would be well.

And he said it was wrong.

For me, ethics and morality are not a part time thing....or just for this country. And I don't give a damn what the Iraqis or anyone else does.........I believe we should be held to a higher standard.

Your statements have given me an impression that is not easily reconciled with the fist part of that statement. We should be, as should all first world people, held to a higher standard. That means when the Administrator of the UN Oil for Terrorism scandal is on the take, it is a bad thing. It means when France, Germany, Russia, and China form the coalition of the coerced and the bribed, it is disgraceful.
aina.org;

Show me where I said the Oil for food corruption was okay? You're starting to make things up as you go along.

That's one test........and if I remember correctly, their scores were equivalent. In any case, do you evaluate a person's intellect based on one report? I don't....I base it a number of interactions and the person's behavior in a variety of scenarios.

Equivalent does not reconcile with Intellectually, Kerry ... could run circles around Mr. Bush. If your are smarter than me, does it follow that I could intellectually run circles around you? You might be able to say they are essentially the same, but not that Kerry is smarter than the President. Spin debunked!

The above paragraph makes little sense.

The FMSM represents all Democrats as geniuses and all Republicans as morons.

This is utter nonsense and an example of GOP paranoia. The only news channel that has such a definitive bias is Fox News.

IMO non-critical thinkers are easily swayed by those representations. The exception to the treatment of Republicans in the Democrat press of course are the RINOs; they are described as "maverick, uncommonly wise, street fighter, populist, independent, a bright spot in the party, showing great leadership, etc.". Think McCain, Whitman, Packwood before Clinton was elected, Arlan Spector, William Weld, Olympia Snowe etc.

Absurd! People like Frist and Sanatorum are treated with the same utmost respect as any other Congressman. Its people like Delay who are treated with scorn...as it should be............he's dishonest and contemptible. Why do you refuse to see the difference?

The dirty dozen Kerry supporters are not more honest than the several hundred veterans who criticized the twelve week Navy officer.
Kerry received a less than honorable discharge.
The less than honorable discharge why his discharge status was changed twice later.

Link please.

The market prefers Republicans:

Notice how much it has increased since August when it started to clarify that President Bush would be reelected President. Notice the fall and flatness during October when Kerry looked to have a chance. Notice the quick recovery once President Bush started to poll well.

The post election effect is even clearer in the Dow.

You're kidding yourself. The market usually starts to rally just after Labor Day when people return from vacations. However, for the year to date, the markets have stunk. In fact, in the 4 years Bush has been in office, the markets did reasonably well only for a few months in 2003.......the rest has been a disaster.

As for the rally since the election.......well of course......the DOW took a huge dip just before the election due to election uncertainties.........where have you been? The business press went on and on about that phenomenon. Was the election going to be thrown into the courts bla bla bla! The markets did nothing for weeks.

And FYI, you need to get up to date on which party is better for the markets. The markets since 1927 have done better under the Dems. I know you won't believe it because its the mainstream press but get over it:

Surprise: Dems are better for rallies

Despite 'market friendly' Republican policies, stocks rise more and volatility dips under Democrats.

Notice how it surged after President Bush was elected the first time. The time between was controlled by economic factors, many of which related to the previous administration and 9/11.

The pre-election fear that Gore might be elected is really evident in the Dow.

Nonsense. Not only are you extremely partisan but it would appear you know little about how the markets work.

The Democrats are guilty of attempting to fool the public every day. The Partisan Liberal FMSM alternate between willing accomplice and leading the way.

More GOP spin......save it for your kids.

Dan Rather appears to have published forged documents because he wanted so desperately for them to be true that he could not accept the overwhelming evidence that they were not true. This is how a con works. Are you being conned every day by the FMSM? IMO the answer appears to be yes.

They were true. Its too bad Rather screwed things up badly. Your president was a spoiled dilettante who screwed with his Guard service.

BTW - it is now over 210,000 signatures that want the Marine to be judged fairly rather than hung out to dry.

Judged fairly? They want him exonerated. Big difference!
