Comment about earlier question from someone else: Aug 21st date is not a decision point, just a due date for E-data to provide initial infringement analysis to defendants. The Sept 6 date is due date for presenting same to the court itself and for general review of case status. At or sometime soon after Sept 6 hearing, judge may set date for Markman hearing. The Markman hearing is not scheduled yet and neither the 8/21 date nor the 9/6 date will yield any decision about the patent's validity or the specific claims. That's my understanding of the process. It seemed that some were unclear about these dates' meaning, so I hope this is helpful.
