As the world becomes more sensitive to the animal rights movement, your right to hunt actually may be diminished. In England, a new law was passed with forbids fox hunting. While there is a huge rural population that put on a massive campaign of civil disobedience, most of British society believes it is a savage sport ("the unspeakable in full pursuit of the uneatable").

In America is the 19th century, dogs were used on treadmill-type devices, and in yokes, to provide power for many industries. Finally public awareness of the pain and suffering of the dogs rose, and the practice was outlawed.

All sorts of laws change over time as the sensibilities of the public change. It is possible that hunting--or at least some kinds of hunting, probably one sort at a time, starting with the most brutal--will be one of them. Probably not in your lifetime, however.
