DD, Dont you think if this caused any serious dilution the stock would have tanked by now? this looks like the convertible preferred they placed in Feb. Off the top it looks like they are calling it in,before the stockholders had a chance to exercise. but on conversion they are to be given a warrant for .5 shares of common priced at 25% over current market price
