I wished I knew what this was all about. But I remember vaguely that in 95 when they had been delisted from Nasdaq they went through a series of financial restructuring which resulted in their eventual come back to the Nasdaq.

Anyway, I believe this has already been taken into account and shluld not be of any concern. And I believe the stock price already reflects this otherwise it would have gone done big time. However one thing should be noted. I will try to look into this a bit further and ask from my former colleagues if they remember what this was all about. Any info on this is greatly appreciated. Has anyone tried contacting the Investment relations at Sapiens yet?
