On 25 November, 2004, the center of training personnel OF JOINT STOCK
COMPANY of "Mosenergo - Moscow Regional Administration of Power System
Management" notes its 40- summer anniversary.

The creation of center in 1964 was caused by the rapid introduction of
new energy power, for operating which were required the qualified operational and repair
personnel. More than 400 thousand were prepared in 40 years. the highly skilled workers and specialists.

The cadre policy OF JOINT STOCK COMPANY "Mosenergo - Moscow Regional
Administration of Power System Management" in many respects today
determines the contemporary technologies of the production of electric
power and heat. The specific character of branch requires the presence in energy
company of exceptionally professional colleagues. Therefore the corporate educational establishments OF JOINT STOCK
COMPANY "Mosenergo - Moscow Regional Administration of Power System
Management" are attempted to use in their work the most effective
procedures of professional instruction. "the world experience of training personnel shows, that the prosperity of company is accessible only with the condition
of development and professional growth of personnel ", - noted the director of the center of training personnel Vyacheslav
Voronkov.

Today center organizes instruction more than on 50 professions and 250
specializations of basic directions of heat- and electro-energetics. It is yearly more than 6,5 thousand. workers and specialists obtain an increase in the qualification
without the detachment from the production. In this case the specialists are prepared for the work not only in the
enterprises OF JOINT STOCK COMPANY "Mosenergo - Moscow Regional
Administration of Power System Management", but also for other companies.

The center of training personnel is the member of the association of
the non-governmental educational establishments of electro-energetics
and the member of the international association of poslevuzovskogo
formation, actively he collaborates with guiding centers and VUZ - Institute of
Higher Education in the region of additional formation.
