Sorry to intrude on your thread but a Y2K company like ZMAX with a small market capitalization (only 11.7M shares fully diluted) - with alliances with EDS, Hewlitt Packard, Wang and Hitachi, and who is doing Y2K conversions for Wisconsin Power and Light and Bessemer Trust can hardly be called a scam.
