IMO, we MUST make sure that when someone registers to vote, there is some way to prove he/she is who they say they are, and they must show they are citizens.

First, let's look at the vote by non-citizens. Washington state has a population of about 6 million; of these, about 6 percent* are non-citizens. If half of them are adults, then there are 180,000 non-citizen adults, who are encouraged to register when they get driver's licenses
