This is the first time I have heard the government of the People's Republic described as <<libs>>.

So the are poachers standing on defensible ground ?
Should the game wardens enter gun battles, kill multiple people and use deadly force because of a few animals ?
In one case they tracked a group who had poached a few hippos for meat and in the ensuing gun battle many were killed.
