USNU - ONE WORTH WATCHING....

i purchased USNU several years ago at much lower prices [around a nickle] and sold it not long after that for a small gain and have been watching it ever since.

i am currently holding shares at an avg cost of just under 17 cents.

the reasons i have bought back in are:

valuation: the company has a book value of 19 cents per share.

management: though i believe 95% of all penny stocks to be scammy i dont think that is the case here. i believe the company has a solid, professional management team.

earnings: the company is making money not losing it. if the company continues to do so and IF the earnings GROW then the stock price will naturally follow. i have seen this happen with many small companies that i have owned. it often takes several years but once they get rolling the momentum builds and there is no turning back. SPND wich i held for years is a good example. stocks like RGRX and TVIN [that i sold way too early] are other examples [owned 50k of TVIN at .05 - think the purchase was made in '98 -- AND IF YOU CAN BELIEVE IT I OWNED SOMETHING LIKE 30 - 40K SHARES OF RGRX PURCHASED AT .02]

a good idea or concept isnt usually what what causes me to invest in a penny stock. i look more at the stock structure and other fundamentals - [ tout --- which is why i continue to bid for PPMD.]

AMS is another gamma knife company:http://www.ashs.com

check out their stock price uncer ticker AMS

if you do a comparison of the raw numbers of both companies - imo - you will have to conclude that USNU is a better valued stock for the money with a PE of 5 [at bid] as opposed to AMS's PE of 13.5

if USNU had a PE of 13.5 the bid on the stock would have to be 40 cents.

overall USNU is showing an improvement in its balance sheet. cash has increased significantly. equity [book value] is increasing, along with revenues and earnings --- these are all very positive for a small public company.

imo - this one is worth keeping an eye on and if the stock dips significantly without anything changing fundamentally with the company -- then i think it would be a strong BUY.

if i were to rate it now - i would rate it ACCUMULATE under NAV [net asset value: .19] - or as close to NAV as possible.

ps... of course im not qualified to rate ANYHTING!
