The low level of payment by the users of the Primorskiy Kray of
thermal and electrical energy can place the normal passage of heating
season under the threat.
Especially alarming situation occurs to the payments of population. According to the data on 25 November, the level of the current payment of electric power by the inhabitants
of edge composed only 43%. The level of payment to thermal energy is only 27%.
So low a collection of payments creates financial problems for the
energy company, which can have especially serious consequences under the conditions of
heating season. The scarcity of cash resources because of the nonpayments of users can
directly affect the deliveries of fuel for the scarcity of cash
resources because of the nonpayments to the payment of overflows from the federal wholesale market for electric power, conducting the repairs of equipment.
