This is a great song. Glad you appreciate it. I first heard it at a small jazz gathering by imo the best female jazz singer in the D.C. area. It is kind of her signature. As I become aware of particular themes it becomes intriguing to follow people's thoughts around these themes-----and transcending centuries. Working on learning a short classical piece on piano by Mendelsohn "Sadness Of Soul"-----so suddenly I am atuned to anything related to the soul. Last June it was locust-----check our locust/cicada thread----still exists but no one writes about cicada as they are gone. mj
