I have reviewed the latest Sedi report as at Nov 25th.

Its good to see that Dan Chicone still has 467,200 common, no sales. And according to the report, he has also participated in the Debenture offering. So he takes the dilution bump-on- the-head along with the long timers and partakes of more security. Sedi does not mention quantity of debentures.
