Here we go again, wasting the taxpayers money. IMHO a BETTER thing to look into is the means by which THIRD PARTY CANDIDATES are KEPT OFF THE BALLOT. Is it Constitutional? Many people complain that the two major parties (Dem. and Rep) are nearly alike, I personally dont agree, but I also feel that ANYONE who wants to run, should be allowed to run if they can meet some threshold to keep the KOOKS out. While I would never support Nader myself, I believe he had a right to run, he certainly had some support, yet the Dems were successful in keeping him off many state ballots effectively destroying his chances. jdn
