Your country shot them. Are you not responsible for what your country does? Can you be for the war, and yet disavow responsibility for what happens in it? Is it only the serviceman who bears the guilt for the people whom he kills, or do the men and women who sent him bear an even greater share, for sending a young man or woman over there to shoot people?
