Steve, you've picked up on something here. Europeans, and especially Germans do not like Intel because of Grove's heavy handed patronizing. You can see a definite PRO-AMD bias in USENET threads, etc., where users rave about their K6's. I'm sure Dresden plant has something to do with this also. Petz
