Sonus's new job posting for Integration Program Manager Job Description: Sonus is seeking an Integration Program Manager, who has had extensive experience in managing multi-platform integration projects. This individual must possess strong project management skills, along with leadership skills to drive all necessary deliverables associated with a specific program/project. The Program Manager must have had prior experience as a primary interface into a customer environment, accountable for all deliverables to that customer. Experience with direct customer and executive interface, vendor management and oversight of complex projects required. Experience in the Telecom industry required, with desired technical skills in voice services. PMI Certification is desired. The Program Manager will serve as the key interface for managing multi-platform integration/deployment projects. This individual will coordinate work performed by Sonus with work performed by other vendors and contractors. The Program Manager will be responsible for tracking all commitments made by Sonus to our customer. The Sonus Program Manager will work jointly with the customer to provide the overall coordination across Integration Services full range of services. Typically, the following activities are included: · Support development of the Statement of Work · Develop and manage to the Project Plan · Form and manage project team, consisting of Sonus, Customer and Partners. · Manage change control events · Consistent communication on status of project · Provide appropriate risk management reviews · Ensure timely and quality of all program deliverables · Develop and resolve project-related issues and escalations · Conduct and review meeting at the end of each project milestone and phase Equal Opportunity Employer
