I tramped thru some of that bush, Mike. Those Stares brothers are intelligent, hard-working prospectors, and do their research at the Min. of Mines library before going out to the bush. (Ontario has one of the best data collections, access facilities that I know of) The 143 geo, Garry Clark is President or Manager of the Ontario Prospectors Assoc. and a professional also.

Central Crude, Muschocho and one of the BWR group companies (the name escapes me) had large hldgs. in the Mishibishu. Muschocho went to production, mill was 800 TPD I think. they went JV with Echo Bay and then friendship turned to henchit and things fell apart. shut down within 2 years I think. The BWR company had a large near surface low grade deposit. They never developed it. Central Crude jv'd with Hemlo gold on their hi grade quartz vein discovery and trucked a 60,000 ton bulk sample to the Hemlo Gold mill from an undg. ramp development. I reckon it was not big enuf for Hemlo and they and Central Crude ended up dealing the property to River gold who subseq. bot the Muschocho mill. River Gold still producing as far as I know. They used the ramp, deepened it and also sank a shaft I believe. (it has been a while)

River Gold quartz veins were good grade but not large. Yielded some spectacular drill results and real pretty specimens. This Windarra discovery looks like it may be similar.

Lots more work to be done though!
