Lost my first reply to you into the cyber ether. PMO royally. This is my second attempt at confirming your hypothesis about a ramp job.
1. FWIW about a month ago I tried to participate in the current ZND PP. No can do, they said, it's spoken for, but thanks for asking. At the time I asked, I was already long 2.3% of the O/S and still accumulating (although I did not disclose that to them).
2. Two weeks +- later, the PP closing gets extended. Hmmm, I think, why wouldn't they sell me some if they haven't moved it yet? I mean, after all, on a radar scale of 1 to 100, they're -6. Maybe I need to change deodorants?
3. Two more weeks +- go by and they announce a second extension, and also an expansion of the PP. Translation: Too many people wanted in, which perhaps better explains why I can't get any stock. But I am thinking perhaps I should still change deodorants, just to be on the safe side.
4. They finally close the Terex deal. I size the offering this afternoon to see about maintaining my % interest post-acquisition and find that there are a whopping 52,500 shares showing between here and 20 cents, i.e. one snotnose RR gets a lousy $10,000 buy order and it'll double the share price.
