Re: [IPMT] MoldInspector.com: Internet merchants: beware of a credit card processing company named iPayment, Inc.

Internet merchants: beware of a credit card
processing company named iPayment, Inc.

iPayment, Inc. is a credit card processing company and credit card merchant account service that is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, and is apparently operated from Chatsworth, California.

In March and April, 2002, iPayment, Inc. processed $7,010.00 of credit card purchases by Mold Inspector customers but so far [14 months later], iPayment, Inc. has failed to pay Mold Inspector for those completed credit card payments for which Mold Inspector provided goods and services to the paying customers in March and April of 2002. Repeated requests for payment [including to iPayment, Inc. company CEO Gregory Daily and to company president Carl Grimstad] have been ignored.

Credit Card Processing Company - Stealing Money?

Testimonial from an Internet Merchant whose Credit Card Processing Company [the iPayment] get money from them with permission. "Ipayment has been stealing money on a monthly basis from my checking account, even after I've phoned them and faxed them with a request to cancel services, the $35.00 is still being taken from my account. I have asked my bank to refuse withdrawals from Ipayment, the bank tells me they can't do that. I am now closing all accounts associated with that bank and moving all my accounts to another bank, in order to escape Ipayments' robbery. Ipayment is simply stealing money from people, there is no other way to define what they do," emailed Chris Notaro [email address: Wiperrag@aol.com].
