Okay, since it's obvious that people are upgrading grandfathered accounts (and since I found a mention of it buried in the FAQ's) that clearly is an option. However, I can't find the place you go to to do this. That's probably because I'm being stupid, but it seems to me that a good business model allows even stupid people to do this. How exactly do I go about signing up for the $19.95 a year upgrade?
