It's the tone.
The way bad news is trumpeted.

Some folks have been even more blunt.
I believe it was redfish (though I could be wrong
on the identity) who made comments literally wishing
harm to our military personnel.

I'm not even suggesting it is a questions of patriotism.

It's more like a great desire to be right at any cost.

I've made my general views clear in the past.
John Kerry was the wrong candidate.
I'd have considered a different alternative to Bush.
Kerry was not that man.

I hope for the best in the US's handling of the
situation we're in--on all fronts.

And that would be true even if Kerry had been elected.
