well, we were at my cousin's house, hence no leftovers to speak of.

That was okay, though.
About a month before thanksgiving MrL got the yen
for turnkey and literally made a whole feast
where the leftovers were abundant....

DId you ever see the Andy Griffith episode where
he ends up having to eat dinner 3 times in one night
and it's spaghetti each time?

All three cooks confide to him that the red sauce has
a secret ingredient---oregano....lol

btw, that sauce of yours (on the chicken) sounds good.
