FWIW, I don't know where this billion dollar rumor came from but it is totally unrealistic. TWT does not have the capacity to handle such order flow as they only own 5 switches. They are not AT&T....yet!<g> Lets not blow expectations out of the water with such lofty rumors as people will become disappointed when a real contract is announced, for lets say $25 million. I'll take $100 million in revs for the calender year '96 anyday. Building a contract at a time, setting up the proper infrastructure to handle and KEEP customers is the most important thing for this little company right now.

As far as this quarters revenues and earnings, I am not expecting anything spectacular. I'm sure the company is going to write off expenses associated with the transaction which is normal practice for these types of public mergers. Plus TWT had only 2 weeks under this past quarters clock and the AIC Insurance division was sold (more writeoffs probably). I will look to quarter end Sept. '96 for a real indication of this company's future. Anyone looking for anything positive from quarter end 6/96 will be disappointed IMO. Patience until 9/96 should be rewarded as TWT will have a full quarter to strut their stuff.

Off topic: Momentum players take a peak at ATCX (topic). I posted on this one about 1 month ago. Has awakened and begun its move. Very small float (800K shares). Proprietary Internet Security software that blows away anything currently on the market. Stock up .50 cents today on less than 25,000 shares on the buy side.
