There's been off and on discussion of shorting the housing stocks over the past two to three years on this thread . Now may be the time to take another look. The HGX is making a double top. Many of the home builders are making a double top on lower volume. Also the TYX and the TNX appear to be on the verge of a surge upwards - like an Eliot 3rd wave of the first wave up. Rates will probably rise now regardless of the dollar. I'm assuming rising rates are going to negatively impact the homebuilders. And I'm assuming the rush to build due to the scare of higher rates ahead was absorbed this past March-May. RWS
