You seem to have any number of misconceptions about the world.
For example: the Internet is a creation of the USA,
Technically, that is correct. However, the Internet as you use it today would be impossible without the inventions of Europeans such as Tim Berners-Lee. And it would be news to the innovative designers at JDS-Uniphase, Nortel, Alcatel, NTT, Nokia and elsewhere that their contributions to the development of the Internet as we know it was singularly American.
For your information, the United States today ranks #15 in the world in terms of broadband connectivity per capita.
So while we may thank DARPA for their DARPAnet innovation in 1969, that was a mere seed of what has come to be.

Then you will concur with me, the UN's Kofi Annan, and most of the rest of the world that George Bush is a war criminal who has broken international law including the Geneva Conventions with his brutal naked aggression against another sovereign nation, without provocation and with the most callous disregard for the human rights of the civilian population of Iraq.
Will you agree with me that George Bush should be prosecuted for crimes against humanity and for international war crimes?
